General Components had a strong product, but its digital presence wasn’t built to support direct sales.
The website was outdated and not optimized for conversions. Online sales performance was minimal. There was no Amazon marketplace presence and no connected digital infrastructure to support long-term B2C growth. As a result, the brand relied heavily on wholesale, with limited control over customer acquisition and sales channels.

We developed a multi-channel strategy connecting the website, Amazon, social media, and paid traffic, supported by targeted influencer collaborations. Email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads were implemented to drive consistent traffic, nurture demand, and support long-term performance—all working together as one system.
